Jurisdiction: The jurisdiction for Leading Edge Impact, LLC, is the United States and, specifically, the state of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved according to Colorado law.

Services provided: This site offers advisement, consulting, and coaching services on contract as well as free social sector learning and insights. At this time there is no charge to access public portions of the site and the content published.

Guarantees and warranties: There are no guarantees or warranties for the public content provided, for the accuracy of links included, or for any information published on the site. Any guarantees or warranties by the organization are subject to contracted client/consultant agreements between an individual or organization and Leading Edge Impact, LLC.

Right of refusal: We reserve the right to refuse new consultations and contracted engagements according to workload, scheduling challenges, real or perceived values misalignment, or any other reason at our discretion.
