I am a social impact senior leader who strategizes and executes. Over the past twenty-plus years, I've worked:

• In a variety of social sector entities.
• Within the US, Latin America, and globally.
• To advance a wide range of social impact models.
• In affiliate, partnership, and networked organizations.
• Across the main functions and levels of nonprofit leadership.

My roles have been in secular and faith-based organizations, with significant experience in global development. I have served as an individual contributor, team and division leader, CEO, and board director. Throughout my career, I've cleaned up, reimagined, built, and scaled down. 

The through-line has been an ability to "figure it out" and "get stuff done"—a small example: this business, its registrations, policies, and website.

Over the years, I have learned and grown more from adversity than seasons when everything went right. Success can blur attribution; setbacks spotlight causation. And in that lies the opportunity for new wisdom about self, others, systems, and achieving and sustaining impact.

Discerning, pursuing, and sustaining the leading edge for impact is real to me.

I am an experiential learner who enjoys breadth, variety, and intellectual challenges. I'm energized by new teams, quickly assimilating information, diagnosing challenging issues, and collaborating on transformative plans. 

Consulting and board work allow me to leverage my experiences to tackle new obstacles, add value, and keep growing. They also afford opportunities I appreciate to gain new insights and expand my thinking about the future.

I also contract as a senior consultant through The More Than Giving Co (MTG). They are the go-to recommendation when a grassroots US organization needs multi-dimensional support. MTG curates fractional teams with expert consultants, associates, and certified Nonprofit Virtual Assistants™ (NPVA).

Additionally, I have a robust network to draw from if we need a specialty. I can source and manage collaborators based on our agreements. 

In August 2024, I co-founded LEI Lationamérica as a new line of services to offer Spanish-speaking, nonprofit fractional solutions and facilitate opportunities for professionals in my network who were seeking new outlets.

When I join your team, I assume your goals and work on your challenges with the drive and ownership of them being my own. My full ability is focused on delivering what you need when you need it.

I've long told teams and colleagues, "We are more than one thing." For me, this is wife, mother, professional, sister, daughter, friend, and more. It also speaks to the breadth of my work interests that extend well beyond one role, activity, or niche. The term coined for this today is multi-passionate.

The journey into Leading Edge Impact was a journey to find more ways to wholly be more than one thing, how to fully live into more than one passion.
