I am a social impact senior leader who strategizes and executes. Over the past twenty-plus years, I've worked:

• In a variety of social sector entities.
• Within the US, Latin America, and globally.
• To advance a wide range of social impact models.
• In affiliate, partnership, and networked organizations.
• Across the main functions and levels of nonprofit leadership.

My roles have been in secular and faith-based organizations, with significant experience in global development. I have served as an individual contributor, team and division leader, CEO, and board director. Throughout my career, I've cleaned up, reimagined, built, and transitioned teams and organizations. 

The through-line has been an ability to "figure it out" and "get stuff done"—a small example: this business, its registrations, policies, and website. 

As a generalist, I don't claim to know everything. But I do know how to start, where to look, and who to ask to tackle all kinds of social impact strategy and organizational effectiveness challenges.

Over the years, I have learned and grown more from adversity than from seasons when everything went right. Discerning, pursuing, and sustaining the leading edge for impact is real to me.

I am an experiential learner who enjoys breadth, variety, and intellectual challenges. I'm energized by new teams, quickly assimilating information, diagnosing challenging issues, and collaborating on transformative plans. 

Fractional leadership, consulting, and board work allow me to leverage my experiences to tackle new obstacles, add value, and keep growing. 

I also contract as a senior consultant through The More Than Giving Co (MTG). They are the go-to recommendation when a grassroots US nonprofit needs multi-dimensional support. MTG curates fractional short- and long-term teams comprised of expert executives, associates, and certified Nonprofit Virtual Assistants™ (NPVA).

Additionally, I have a robust network to draw from if we need a specialty. I can source and manage collaborators based on our agreements. 

I've long told teams and colleagues, "We are more than one thing." For me, this is wife, mother, professional, sister, friend, and more. It also speaks to the breadth of my work interests, which extend well beyond a single role, activity, or niche. 

The journey into Leading Edge Impact was about finding new ways to wholly be more than one thing and fully live into more than one passion.
