We share an interdependent hemisphere of dynamic challenges and opportunities. The Americas consistently ranks as the most inequitable and violent region in the world, leading to exponentially compounded issues. Yet we're full of diverse, highly capable, and resilient human capital with the potential to meet all the needs among us and drive progress together.
You may be a community-based nonprofit in the US that serves a small but growing number of Spanish-speaking neighbors. Or you're an INGO needing targeted or time-bound capacity for work that reaches Latin America.
LEI Latinoamérica team members contextualize and extend Leading Edge Impact's core Services, bringing niche expertise without FTE rates.
Born, raised, educated, and launched in Bogotá, Colombia, I've directly lived the immigrant experience. I know the burden of weighing the decision to move, the dream of something more, and the sacrifice to make it happen.
My immigration journey ultimately defined my vocational path. After studying marketing and advertising and working in banking in Colombia, my professional experience in the US evolved to social work. I have been employed with various organizations helping those most in need. I have served migrants and refugees, single moms, senior citizens, people experiencing homelessness—and more.
Frontline services is my calling. I love extending hope and healing to those who need it during their darkest moments. I find it especially rewarding when I can share from lived experiences to encourage immigrant siblings as they build new lives in new-to-them communities.
Through LEI Latinoamérica, I lead frontline fractional client services. I facilitate programs for your Spanish-speaking community members as a part-time member of your team, implementing the mission directly and not as an unaffiliated interpreter. I also manage LEI Latinoamérica business development and assignments for US and Latin American accounts.
You can also reach out here if you would like to explore the possibility of joining our bilingual fractional contractor team.
